My husband was in the hospital for 2 weeks at the beginning of the year, and the billing and insurance has been an absolute mess. We have bills and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) coming that don’t match up, and we are sick of fighting with the insurance company and hospital. Are there people I can pay to deal with this? I tried a financial advisor, but he said they only deal with things like estate planning and wealth management. We just want someone to tell us what we need to pay to whom!
